This involves the organizing and input
of data for Buildings, Room Types, Rooms, Asset Types, and Users.
Before coming to your site, we work
with your team. We provide spreadsheets that are easy to fill in.
When we receive the information, we put that information into a
preliminary BarTracks database. This way, when we arrive we
can "hit the ground running".

Software Installation |

We install the BarTracks software on your PC(s) and Scanners,
and assure that all the parts work together. If there is a location
on your organization's network where you can save backup data, we
set up the BarTracks Backup to assure that your data will
be safely stored by your in-house personnel.

Implementation |

This is usually done on-site at your
location, because the information and the people who have it are
usually only found on-site. While other inventory management systems
are usually a "do-it-yourself" project, we help you pull
all that information together and connect with your Information
Technology Staff.

We train your everybody involved. They
learn to Use BarTracks Scanners, WorkStation, and Server quickly
and thoroughly.
Personnel usually learn quickly with
only a little help. We work personally with everybody involved,
to assure that they "get it". It doesn't take long, but
the personal touch makes a significant difference.
