The Installation, Implementation, and
Hands-On On-Site Training You Need

  There's more to "the BarTracks™ System" than just the software. There is a team of dedicated professionals who care about your success with BarTracks™, and who know how to set up so you can succeed with it.
  
  If you want, BarTracks™ can be purchased as "a CD in a shrink-wrapped package", with a complete manual, and it comes with full warranty and support. However, we don't recommend this - it's "the hard way". Most people know that setting up an inventory tracking and management system that really works requires more than merely installing a computer program.
  
 


When acquired with installation, implementation, and training, BarTracks™ is:

 
 
  • A robust and flexible system of tracking and managing Assets - furniture, appliances, equipment, tools, etc. - using bar code
  • A powerful tool for using the Assets you have, and for identifying what needs to be upgraded, repaired, and replaced
  • A way to save scarce time and labor while meeting your requirements for accountability, audit, and reporting
  • A system that will work in your organization over many years, through many rotations of Staff
  
  Software Installation
  
  We install the BarTracks™ software on your PC(s) and Scanners, and assure that all the parts work together. If there is a location on your organization's network where you can save backup data, we set up the BarTracks™ Backup to assure that your data will be safely stored by your in-house personnel.
  
  Implementation  
  This involves the organizing and input of data for Buildings, Room Types, Rooms, Asset Types, Assets, and Users. This is usually done on-site at your location, because the information and the people who have it are usually only found on-site. Other inventory management systems are usually sold on the basis of your struggling to "pull all that information together".
  
  Full Hands-On On-Site Training of Managers and Staff to Use BarTracks™ Scanners, WorkStation, and Server
  
 

Using BarTracks™ is truly easy. Personnel usually learn quickly with only a little help.

We work personally with everybody involved, to assure that they "get it". It doesn't take long, but the personal touch makes a significant difference.

  
  One Full Year of Full Support

  BarTracks™ comes with one full year of support by telephone and on-line remote computer connection. You will receive all software upgrades released, and all the help you may need. We want your inventory system to be a success (and a strong positive mark in your personal career, too)!
