- Like the PC Program, the Scanner
Program is designed with everything as "point-and-pick"
from lists.
- Makes entry and updating of inventory
fast and easy.
- Just log into the program,
scan the bar code on the doorjamb of a room, and then scan
the bar code label on each Asset.
- Shows the Room Inventory and
which Assets have not yet been scanned.
- If an Asset is found in a Room
and the PC has it recorded in a different Room, the Scanner Program
shows the User where the Asset came from, and makes it easy to
a) put it back where it came from, b) keep the Asset where it
is, or c) move it to a different location.
