The Network, WorkStation, and Reporting capabilities of BarTracks™ make it possible to have different people working together as a team to manage Assets effectively and economically.

For example:

• Repair:

  Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other personnel can report the condition of an Asset as "Usable/Needs Repair" or "Unusable/Needs Repair". Maintenance can later either repair the item in-place, or replace it and send it to Repair.

• Warranty and Service Policy Repairs:

  BarTracks™ can list the items in a specific area, or in the entire organization, with Warranties and Service Policies expiring within a specific time.

  You can send them to the factory for repair and not have the costs charged against your budget.

• Salvage:

  Assets can be marked "Send to Salvage", and when they are gone they can be marked as "Sent to Salvage". After that, they won't clutter up your reports, but they can be accounted for.

• Receiving New Assets:

  New Assets can easily be received and either put into a Storage Area or sent to specific Room/Locations. BarTracks™ helps with a hand-held Scanner at the receiving location, adding the Assets to the system right away, without the need for writing lists.

• Maintaining Standards for Rooms and Locations:

  If some Rooms or Room Types are expected to have certain Assets, the "Rooms Not Containing…" report can identify the ones that don't have what is required. This is great for maintaining "Five Star" and other standards of quality.
