One year of full technical support and service is included with
the purchase of every BarTracks System. This includes answering
questions, e-mail messages, and faxes between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
M-F Pacific Time. In addition, if you will allow us to connect to
your PC through the Internet, our support includes remote computer
assistance with BarTracks if necessary.
You will receive all software upgrades released, and all the help
you may need.

Continuing service is available for a nominal fee after the first
year. It provides the same coverage and support by telephone, fax,
e-mail, and remote computer, and all upgrades for the year. The
cost is 15% of the Basic BarTracks System and any additional
WorkStation and Server software.
